Competitions

The majority of the gents competitions are open, and visitors are very welcome to participate in them. Most of these competitions however, also offer prizes for Best Lady and Best Junior, although a minimum of 6 entries in each category is required for the prizes to be awarded,

The Ladies run competitions on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the majority of these competitions being members only.

Rowany is very lucky in that it has an array of excellent sponsors who sponsor many of the major competitions run through the summer season – April through September. These competitions are generally run on Saturdays, although some, such as the Tower Insurance Stableford Series, are occasionally run on Sundays.
