Rowany Golf Club Limited (“RGC”) holds limited personal data of its members for purposes that the Board of RGC has deemed to be legitimate in the context of running the club.
Members data is used to provide details to the English Golf Union, circulate the weekly newsletter and the results of club competitions via email. The age-related data is used by the Board to monitor the demographic age profile of the membership for strategic planning purposes.
Other than the above, members data is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other person.
Data will be erased from our systems when individuals cease to be a member of RGC.
Members are advised that the RGC website does not use cookies.
Should members seek clarification of the way in which their data is being held or used, they should contact the Secretary to the Competition & Handicap Committee, being the Officer responsible for the maintenance of RGC’s golf administration system.
