Tee-time Booking

The booking of tee-times for competitions MUST be done using the Online Booking System
(OBS). Access to the OBS can be made on the Rowany website, using home PCs, laptops,
tablets, smart phones, and the PC in the Driscoll Room.

Entering a Competition: Members

Prior to starting your round, sign-in and pay the competition fee and as relevant the 2s Sweep
fee, using the Touch Screen in the Shop. If the Shop is not open, then use the Touch Screen
in the Driscoll Room. Cash payments are no longer accepted.

Score Entry

On completion of the round, input your score by using the Touch Screen in The Driscoll Room
or via the Club V1 members Hub / HowDidiDo App. You must then post your card in the box - marked Completed Cards
- to the left of the Touch Screen.
If you are not able to enter your score, put your card in the box to the right of the touch screen
– Cards for Computer Entry - and state on the card the reason for not entering your score. If
you cannot get access to The Driscoll Room, then put the completed card in the office post
box. Admission to The Driscoll Room may be obtained via the coded lock on the door. The
code can be obtained from the General Manager.

The following is to be entered on your score card:

Your name
The competition
The date
Your Handicap Index
Gross score for each hole
Signature of Player and Marker.

Entering a Competition: Visitors

Prior to starting your round, pay the competition fee and as relevant the 2s Sweep fee in the
Shop. If the Shop is for some reason not open prior to you going out, you can pay on
completion of your round. If you have not played in a competition previously at Rowany, or
have not provided your CDH/WHS details to Rowany previously, then you will probably not be
in the Club’s system. In the Shop you will be able to check whether you are or not in the
Rowany system, and if not, prior to going out, your details can be entered into the system such
that on completion of your round you will be able to enter your score using the Touch Screen.
Otherwise, you will need to print your name clearly on your score card, together with your
club’s name and/or CDH/WHS number, so that you can be identified and entered into the
Club’s system by members of Rowany’s Competition & Handicap Committee.

Score Entry

On completion of the round, if your details are already in the system, you will be able to input
your score by using the Touch Screen in The Driscoll Room or via the Club V1 Members Hub / HowDidiDo App. You
must then post your card in the box - marked Completed Cards - to the left of the Touch Screen.
If you are not able to enter your score, put your card in the box to the right of the touch screen
– Cards for Computer Entry - and state on the card the reason for not entering your score.
If you cannot get access to The Driscoll Room, then put the completed card in the office post
box by the old start sheet station by the door into the Gents Locker Room.

Casual Tee-time Bookings on Competition Days

Players may book casual tee-times on competition days, but must use the OBS.
